Frequently asked questions
Although we try to be as accurate as possible in giving you an estimated time for deposit on your refund, once we process and E-File your return it is then determined by the IRS. Luckily by visiting www.IRS.gov and clicking on the where’s my refund link, and www.ftb.ca.gov for state, you will be able to get a date and time frame directly from the IRS of when you can expect your funds to be deposited. Before visiting the website make sure to have the Social Security Number of the primary tax filer, the total amount of your refund (federal and state) as well as your filing status. Typically once your refund is electronically filed its about 1-2 weeks before you receive it.
